Would you want someone to give you a ring or put a down payment on a house

not sure if he had your interest at heart if he buys the house, (he had his though) however if he buys the ring he did.. That's something that's yours...the house isn't.

The rings says he wants to 'woooo' you, not the house... can work hard n buy a house after.

Those are fairly different expenses. I didn’t expect the ring to cost the same as a house payment lol I’d be mad if he had spent that much. So I’d have been ecstatic to get both. A cheaper ring that makes me proud to wear. I know all I did was stare at mine for months smiling like a goof! Which reminds me only 59 days to go.

Choosing the ring over a house is moronic.
