Do you think it’s racist to only date girls who are white?

not really, racism is usually relating to either treating someone unfairly because of their race or believing people of a certain race inevitably possess certain race-specific traits. preferring certain physical traits and holding these preferences as important enough to limit the choices of mates is not racist in my book , it might be shallow but not racist.
