What are some red flags?

Is someone refusing to let me go when hugging and saying their wanting to tie me up and keep me to theirself a red flag? Im used to people saying it jokingly but he did the whole bit where you laugh like you were joking but truly ment it? my paranoid ass could be overthinking it but im not sure anymore.
