Do you think pleasuring yourself while fantasizing about someone else is a form of cheating?

I can't say that is or it isn't...If it's a favorite celebrity or model in a magazine ( someone you are most likely never to even actually meet) then probably not because it's just that...a fantasy. On the other hand if it's someone you know and/or have actual contact with and access to then it's a little more unclear. I personally never felt comfortable with it if I was interested in and seeing someone or am in a relationship or marriage. I can't actually do it now when I am taking care of business...My mind focuses on my wife when and if another woman's image even begins to develop in my mind, and I can't finish with satisfaction unless I'm thinking about her and some of my favorite encounters with her. So I don't even want to think about or fantasize about anyone else.
