what do you mean "within" ? there are a lot of different laws that can be interpreted many different ways, so I am sure cheating on a spouse is illegal somehow, some where.

It should be a misdemeanor if proven in divorce proceedings resultting in like 60 days in jail for the first offense. There needs to be some kind of deterrent since society has no morals nowadays

@PrinceAlu Honestly I myself am thinking to not marry legally, just to do it in church. Because I feel like my commitment is to God and not to the government. Howrver many say that u get many benifits if you get legally married, so Idk. In a best case scenario, I wouldn't involve the gov into my personal, family life.
So maybe if that law that you propose, would be in place, I feel like many more people will start thinking like me.
