Should cheating on your partner within marriage be illegal?

what do you mean "within" ? there are a lot of different laws that can be interpreted many different ways, so I am sure cheating on a spouse is illegal somehow, some where.
now if the spouse really knows about it, it's not really cheating
laws may have something to say about that too, but as far as I am concerned
a poly/open/etc relationship is between you and your partner(s).
