Ladies: do you respect a weak/beta male?

@Sharon a thug isn't a real man.

@AkAtSUki All the self-styled "real men" I've encountered have been. They judge a man's value by the injuries he can cause to others.

@Sharon sorry to hear that, but those men you encountered are not real men. They pretend to be one by claiming the title but they do not live by it.

@Sharon A thug is a beta male also. He gets approval from other men by doing dumb shyt trying to fit in. A real man doesn't do that. He's a trend setter. He respects women, loves his kids, he's kind hearted, loving, but will bring hell if a man brings the noise. A man will fight for what's right even if he has the whole world against him.

Man who owns up to his responsibilities, protects himself and those he loves, is not a pushover but doesn't push others in the first place. Real men don't start problems, they solve them. They have integrity and respect.

@AkAtSUki That sounds more like a decent person, male or female. I do all those things and so do other women but we're not "real men".

@Sharon well then I guess "you don't need no man". That's ok. But don't wonder how come you can't find a real man. You got it girl, you can do what I man can do. Oh who needs fathers?? A woman can raise a boy to be a man right?? Because women can do what men can do...
The aftermath of that type of ideology has created a generation of either weak men, or the so called "real men" thugs you've encountered.
I see nothing wrong with giving the man some credit.
Now if a man never did anything honorable to a certain woman, then that certain woman has no real man to give credit to. But don't take away the fact that there are real men out here doing what they're suppose to do.

@Sharon nope just a way of me saying, if a person or persons is out to hurt you then you could give them some thing to think about. they could freely disagree if want but if they try to hurt me then its GAME OVER.

@AkAtSUki I wouldn't want a "real man" thug, I'm quite happy with the decent human being who is my husband. He and I are equals. I can raise a boy to be a decent human being, why would I want to raise a thug?

There are decent people of both sexes out there. Terms like "real man" just cause division.

Really? So-called "Real Men" are scared of women, the won't even try to defend themselves if a woman attacks them and they freely admit it.

@Sharon im talking about other men having problems with me not women. And if a woman was to raise a boy by herself then he would want to become a thug because he never had that male figure in his life. Its certain things a woman just cant teach a male child.

Why would a boy raised by a woman want to become a thug? It's thugs who teach boys to be thugs.

@Sharon no one said anything about hitting women. If anything all we been saying is real men protect those he loves. I clearly stated that. So idk where you get that "real men hitting women from". Obviously that's not what we're saying but you want us to say it.
Obviously it would be game over for the person who is attacking a woman or his children.

@AkAtSUki Where did I say anything about real men hitting women? I asked what a "real man" would do if he had problems with a women? If he wouldn't use force against her, there is never any need for him to use force against another man. Using unnecessary force makes him a thug.

@Sharon That's an easy question. No doubt about it, I'll walk away and I wouldn't take them seriously. Some men will put up with their woman hitting them. I definitely won't tolerate it. I don't hit women and I wont allow her to hit me. If she cant control herself then I will definitely let her go. If Im treating her very well and if she takes me for granted then I'll go search else where. Its too many women out in this world that will treat me better.

@Sharon so would you consider a man who uses sufficient force to defend himself and others who may be in danger, to be a thug?

@AkAtSUki No, I specified "unnecessary force".

@Mufasatheone15 So, why not do the same if a man has problems with you? What would you do if a woman (perhaps bigger and stronger) attacked you and you couldn't "just walk away". You'd have to just stand there and take it, perhaps being beaten to death.

@Sharon what if "unnecessary force" becomes necessary when lives are at stake?

@AkAtSUki The moment force becomes necessary, it ceases to be unnecessary, that's simple logic. I'd like to know what a "real man" who "would never, under any circumstances, hit a woman", would do if he were attacked by a woman and why he wouldn't do the same if he were attacked by a man.
