Why are older men wary of me?
I prefer older men, but when I flirt with them they look at me with suspicion. I thought being younger would be to my advantage, but it actually seems to scare them away.

Contrary to popular opinion and belief, most older men have more sense and do not get involved with much younger women. Factor in that you're in your thirties and could easily be viewed as a gold digger (just seeking a sugar daddy if you were younger), and then add the sexual harassment/assault accusations ( as well as being labeled a dirty old man/pervert)...there's your answer.
