Would you forgive your significant other if he/she abuse you? Have you ever forgive an abuser?

I know violence is something very serious but I know a lot of people that forgive their abusers after these people apologize, cry, beg etc.

@MartinTheFirst if you start arguing over some dumb shit and it turns into a fight, then he/she yells & swears at you and hits you with the intention of hurting you at the end.
