Being that I’m married now, probably not. I’d definitely make sure that a mutual friend was there though.

And you’re the only one he has to call. I don’t buy it.
@LadyGrace See my response to @Quietrumble on his condition. We weren't married. I did go, only because of his son. Dude looks pretty bad. After surgery, his mouth will be wired shut for about six weeks.
@DreamyCrush Oh, I see now. Yeh, I’d go. I’m just curious why he asked to see you.
@LadyGrace Same here.

I've been told I've had shocking good relationship with most of my exes, because the break ups are normally understandable, we're just not the right special ones for each other, and still on good terms that becomes friendships and then we lose touch over time.

But yeah, I'd go by their side as a friend for sure. As more than a friend? ... aaaa, I would have to strongly think about that... maybe to lift their mood and help them feel better, but we broke up for a reason, we weren't right for one reason or another, unless that reason has changed.

It sounds cold (maybe even cruel), but no I would not. Even if she were mortally wounded in that accident on the edge of dying and asked for me and her family called me...I might extend my apologies and condolences to them, but I would not go. She wasn't there for me years ago when I needed her, and now I have someone who has been and always is there for me now. It would be highly disrespectful to her for me to do so.

Nope. Sorry but they're not my problem to worry about anymore.
Of course, our kids deserve that.

Seeing as how she LEFT ME TO DIE of Bochelism while she went shopping once. NEGATIVE
@Spartan1 "Bochelism" ?
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@Underconstruction Acute food poisoning. Yes
@Spartan1 That's Botulism !!! If it almost killed you , you should learn to spell it.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
No. That’s emotional manipulation.

@cashless whether the person is going to live or not the poster doesn’t say but there’s no reason to call an ex and make them worry Abouf you.
@Keepitsimple He's going to live. It was a bad accident on his bike. Aside from cuts, scrapes, and bruises, he has multiple jaw fractures and many missing or broken teeth.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
Ok, if he’s living then no. Just let the past be the past.@DreamyCrush

Not sure I would go to one that hurt me a lot. But my last one was entirely different. I would go see her.

If their injuries were life changing and I was confident they had no one else. I'm not a complete bastard.
My most recent ?

Nah, he is a momma's "boy" , he should call her, instead.
On humane grounds, I would & ensure he has help around till recovery.
Prettybrat · 26-30, F
No tbh I still care about him but that's crossing the line
SW-User
Depends on the severity of his injury. I might go yes.
Ramon67 · 61-69, M

yes, long story short because I am involved with him still and even if I wasn't he's not really a bad person so if I could get there I will be by his side.
Depends.....considering my hubby as my then ex...I would only go if its his dying wish!
