How do you deal with a passive aggressive roommate?

My roommate and I have been friends/roommates for a while now. I got a boyfriend about six months ago and she’s still single. Ever since it feels like she’s jealous and I sometimes feel like I’m walking on eggshells around her and that she doesn’t like my boyfriend coming around all the time. Haven’t figured out how to balance the friendship and the relationship in my life. Any suggestions?

Option one is to diplomatically ask her if she has an issue with you having your boyfriend visiting you.

Option two is to ask her to make herself scarce so you can have sex with your boyfriend.

@tallpowerhouseblonde yeah that’s true- only problem is if she says she has a problem with him being around/visiting then that will put strain on my relationship or we’ll have to figure out other ways to hang out which sounds like a headache
