Should I meet up with my ex?

My ex messaged me saying she wants to meet up soon. I haven't spoken to her in a year and my feelings for her have genuinely gone. She's since got together with another guy and I've been dating around. I initially said no to meeting up with her but I'm going to be in her city next week, should I message her?

This one time... I watched a movie... where the ex gf called up the guy and asked to meet up... he was hesitant, but decided to go any way...

Turns out she wanted to tell him she was recently diagnosed HIV positive and needed to let her previous sexual partners know so they could have themselves tested...

It was just a movie... nothing you need to be concerned about.
