It’d be unusual but...unless the guy is your brother and your question leaves that as a possibility😂...I can’t see anything wrong with it in principle. It’d be well awkward if you broke up though

@WendyLopez43 true but...well, idk. Depends on how you feel personally, since it’s still not incest or anything. Just be careful, I guess your relationship could potentially cause problems for your mum’s too if it went wrong.
