If you believe your friend has lied, is it hard to accept the truth, that you're wrong?

Or is it easier to let a friend go, then to apologise?

This is a very confusing question that is missing a whole bunch of tidbits!

@Minime your welcome

@Minime lol.. You should never feel stuck unless u cant get out of it.. The point here is what is holding this onion in place.. You! Know the truth. If he has no facts!!!! It didnt happen.. I dont see the problem
Minime · F
@Luvbuttz, you're right too. I am not stuck, I just want him to see me, and know I wouldn't do what he says I did. His "facts" are his perception of what happened, not what really did happen. It's not a web of deception, it's a few things, that are not even connected, except in his mind.
I did say to show me or it didn't happen, one time. I was angry and wanted to see what I'm being accused of. They're not words I live by.

An aspect of friendship has to be forgiveness on both sides. Otherwise your friendship will not last.

@okaybut Wow, that's lovely. Thank you. I'm sitting in my storage unit, loading records into my car, and feeling sorry for myself. You and @Karmalives have helped a lot today. I think I'll be done here and find something fun to do. I really appreciate your comments. ♥️

@Minime Have an awesome day. :)
Minime · F
@okaybut Thanks a lot! You're awesome.
Minime · F
@UndeadPrivateer Sorry if it doesn't make sense. It's not easy to put into words.
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@Minime You mean if you falsely accuse someone of lying? I'll own up to the mistake, I'm not afraid to admit I was wrong. I generally don't say anything unless I'm real sure of what I'm saying though.
Minime · F
@UndeadPrivateer Yes, I'm the same. Thank you for your response.

@Karmalives. I know. 😌. It's a mess.
I will apologize.
Minime · F
@Mondayschild Me too. Thanks for understanding what I was trying to ask.
@Minime your questions yes typed about like mine.😂
Minime · F
@Mondayschild just a stream of conscience talking and typing at the same time. My brain is a bit convoluted at the moment. ☺️

It is better to make amends than to burn bridges.
Mrsbetweenfatandfit · 26-30, F
I avoid accusations without sufficient evidence because being in such a situation would be very embarrassing.
Minime · F
@Mrsbetweenfatandfit I think this is true. I'm not sure it's possible for some to admit the damage it's caused. It's too embarrassing.
Luvbuttz · M
@Mrsbetweenfatandfit oh i was in a mix something like this...and i messed up by not securing the facts because this girl threw everything away by the time i was putting everything on the table.. I know what i saw .. Im not crazy i told her.. Guess what she said..... ? She told me... "If you cant show it...it didnt happen ! " dam.. Wasnt that messed up ! To top it all off... She used other peoples sympathy for her own personal gain ! Dam.. The only proof I had was in my head.. For me !!!! That was enough ! What would u have done ?
