How Can a Black Woman Attract or Approach White Guys?

I figure its all the same but it sometimes feel different in approaching a white guy. Like I'm supposed to say or do something different on how I approach them. I just treat them how I would any guy. Is that the best way?

Be yourself. I’m not sure you have to do anything different. Guys like female attention. You may have to be the one who breaks the ice, though, depending on the guy.
