@bijouxbroussard Yeah federal law is a lot stricter than state law on stuff like this
The federal age of consent is 18 which is why having nude pictures of a 16/17 year old even if you’re both in a state where it would be legal to have sex is illegal is because that picture could hypothetically leave the state
