Is to weird to want to be friends with my ex and her boyfriend?

My ex broke up with me because she fell in love with her current boyfriend, though she still likes me as a friend and her boyfriend thinks I'm cool. I'd like to be friends with them and leave the past behind.

@Whyme It's not like I could really avoid them anyway, her boyfriend is the lead singer of an indie band that's gotten popular around here.
