Is cheating forgivable?

Bbubbless · 22-25, F
Yes but it's not Forgettable and it also depends on the sercomstance
JennyGa · 41-45, F
@Bbubbless what instances would be forgivable
Bbubbless · 22-25, F
Idk TBH but it would have to be good for me to forgive
Gwangi · 46-50, M
I think all things are forgivable, but, in the context of your relationship, the agreements that you have made with each other and the context of the cheating could mean the relationship is a bit broken right now. If it is once off, and perhaps a bit of a warning, you could get back in track. But if he/she is a serial cheater, it means they are looking for something or someone else. You need to talk this through and sort out exactly what it means. Best of luck! You have lots of support here!

I used to think it was until it was repeated now no I dont forgive it
Tolerable? Apparently. Forgivable? Nah.

Depends on the circumstances. Forgive them for your own sake ans sanity. Forgiveness if for you to be at peace it has little to do with the person who did the action. Cheating is wrong, but some situations are a bit more complicated than that. Forgivable , but wrong.

Never! One and done. I had someone to cheat on me and it was over. There was no amount of begging, pleading, crying, apologizing and promising to make me change my mind.

It can be but there are many variables to whether it should be or not. More often than not, the old adage "once a cheater, always a cheater" is what rings true.
If I want peace, it is.
As far as making it past that in order to continue on as a couple? That's a deal breaker for me.
I'd forgive so I could move on, alone.
Many have given in to temptation. Ultimately, only you have to be happy in your skin and with your decisions.
