Why does one tell me I am a fake?

Let it be known, It is impossible to reply to each and every one who messages me. Some people have nothing to do but stay on these social sites for hours. i have a profession to care for as well as a home and personal items i must take care of. Eight or nine hours a day at my practice and three evenings a week, teaching evening classes. My schedule is full. Another item---- many ones here will not tell me much about their life as they want me to spill all out to them about me. Most will not share photos, and I can understand, they don't want their wives to know they are here talking sexually with another woman. I deal in this situation daily in my psychology practice.
