Why does one tell me I am a fake?

My attitude and not coming around that often.......I have a profession to care for and that is first. Some people have nothing to do but be on this social site or others. I am only on here when it is convenient for me, not for others. Womeone told me once, I did not even talk like a psychologist, well, I need to talk plain, not technical for the laymen here !
