It's normal that you sometimes see a person you wanna forget at times. Every forgotten person starts with a strong decision to actually forget them because of whatever reason. Maybe you know it hurts you when you keep seeing them. Therefor you have to tell yourself that you finally want to move on. It's not easy of course. But when you're able to control the feeling of painful surprise when you suddenly see them, you're on the right way. The best way for me was to fill my head with other stuff, maybe talk you friends, spend alot of time with them, go see some movies, read book after book, learn cooking, start working out, go on a vacation, learn an instrument, go to concerts. But whats most important: listen to all the songs which remind you of him until you are familiar with the feeling, therefor it becomes routine and goes away. That doesnt include only songs but all the thigns that remind you of the person. Eat, sleep and repeat, baby. This wont last.
