What makes a good Dom or Daddy Dom?

I just can speak for the daddy dom thing.
~punish misbehavior
~reward good behavior
~treat littl's spank marks from sese
~reminding her that she is the most important thing, keep her save.
- never loose temper.(because of a bad day or smth.
~ no idle threats
~All boo-boos, whether scratches, bruises and scrapes need to be looked after by the big.
~ make her feel cherished if she does smth fir you. No matter how big or small.

There would be so much more. But i cut it here ;)
