What do you think of a grown man dating a 16 to 16 1/2 yr old teenage girl?

The girl I talked to says at 16 1/2 age has a 21 year old woman's body.

It may be just cultural conditioning, but I really think she ought to wait another two or three years before dating anyone over 20.
