Why would some people give you hope and then take it away?

What's their deal anyway do they intend to crush our heart for fun?

Not everyone gives out hope with the intention of giving it, and we shouldn't cling to it so quickly anyway.

Most of what people say or do are just spur of the moment, it's kind of sad, but we need to remind ourselves of that often.. it could save us a lot of heartache.
