How would you react to this?

I asked my girlfriend to massage my feet and she did for about 8 seconds before saying “they smell I can’t do this”. It honestly hurt my feelings because I had just worked out and I’m self conscious. I felt comfortable enough with her before but now I’m embarrassed and hurt

This is a non issue.
Nobody likes to be told they're smelly because it's embarrassing. That doens't mean your girlfriend should massage your stanky feet.
Solution: take a shower.
