I'm sorry this happened to you. I am in a similar situation with my own particular person. She's not the same all the time. She's split.
One moment she'll tell me how much she loves and misses me, the next I don't even cross her mind. Even when I try to reach her, the other personas don't really care for me. :/ It's a fucking rollercoaster for sure.

@Lostinconfusion I know. This person didn't just steal my heart and ran. She is a close friend too. I made a promise she wouldn't lose me over her metal state just like she did for me because we are the same way to different degrees. She has it worse than I do.
I just can't drop her for being like me. :/
She and I didn't mean to but we hurt each other's souls so bad we split off from each other. What is that like?
A part of you wants her. Always. You're loyal and you still love her. [i]You still care.[/i]
At the same time, the other part of you is hurt and bleeding even when she tells you she loves you. That sense of loss never goes away even when in reality you didn't lose her. You still talk but it's not the same anymore.
Now take that and apply it to me and her. A fracture of our souls love each other, the rest is so broken and hurt that it can't stand it.
I know...it is one big mess. :/ You're right though. I need to let her go somehow.
