Use the PM and take interest to know people at a deeper level. Select people from the way they reply or post ..

Say hi then pm them

Just be yourself and I am sure you will have a lot of friends

Add posts about your sex likes and dislikes ... add lots of hot photos both seem to work for many of the ladies...or as the constantgardner says reply and comments on loads of posts..
