How did those who divorced after many years of marriage find the strength to live on ?

21 yrs married, 23 yrs together. She was my wife, my support, my lover and best friend,... no desire to live on,.... 😢

I left a 30 yr dead marrage a year and a half ago. I don't understand the "I can't go on" yes you can. Its up to you how you move forward. It can be bad or good, but that's up to you.
