Do you think in a marriage either man or woman should be 'the boss'?

Honestly, I don't think so. If i'd have nothing to say, I don't want a relationship at all. And it doesn't mean that I would ever want to be 'the boss'. I'd hate even the thought of it. I think in a relationship it's all about respect and being able to make compromises, and truly listening to each other, paying attention with each other's wishes. And when two people are too different from each other, I think they just won't match.. My thought. What's your thought?

It is a partnership, and you should complement each other with the one having the best skill/talent/knowledge in a given area taking the lead (but still involving the other). Dominance should be left for role playing, where you mutually set the boundaries. And I think most people are switches (I am) so who is Dominant and who is submissive might vary on any given day.
