It's not something I'd engage in, but it's their life, and it doesn't make me judge them as a person.
As long as they're not sort of duping people into the idea of a relationship, and just using people (like on dating sites), I think it's fine. Sometimes people want sex outside of relationships (I just mean while not being in a relationship, not for the purposes of cheating) for their own reasons. It doesn't mean they're going to do it forever, or that they do it all of the time.
