30 people by the age of 21, do they have some kind of problem? Is this normal?

Well normal or abnormal is subjective. If someone wants to be a ho and give themselves to everyone they meet that's their business, if they want to restrict how many people get a shot at them to meaningful relationships, that's also their business. 馃し馃徎
@SW-User Yes, but it also the business of anyone else they sleep with. Why? Because anyone at only 21 who has slept with that many people is subject to have all manner of disease.
