Should I still talk to him?

So my friend who I hadn’t seen in a while asked me to hang out. After the day was over we were at the bus stop and he tried to kiss me but said he couldn’t because of my lipgloss. Then he started kissing my face all over and I got uncomfortable and sat down. Then he said he had to go and left, he hasn’t spoken to me since. I told him for the past 5 years that I wasn’t interested and that time wasn’t any different. Should I even care that hasn’t been talking to me? I mean he made me VERY uncomfortable.
