Always assume couples talk about everything. It would be unfair to ask them to keep secrets from their significant others.

@estranged Thank you.

@SW-User That was uncalled for. I have an opinion as well and I don't agree with you. Now you are in a snit. Very revealing

That is a BIG pet peeve of mine. When I say "please don't tell another human being" I mean it... apparently a spouse is not a human being and the person I shared with goes home and blabs my secret. Makes me furious. It's happened too many times so now I'm specific..."not EVEN your SO!!" usually I hear " oh, he/she won't tell anyone" NO DAMMIT!!!

You'll have to accept this is how your friend choses to be; she won't keep confidences but will discuss all with her husband

@SW-User I see it as a betrayal of trust and I will never accept that from a friend
SW-User
@estranged Not at all. Just how it is... She's not single
SW-User
@Fernie Better... Either accept as it is or don't confide

Married people always end up telling everything to their partners. Women tend to overshare more than men. they always admit to their partner that they cheated. So what make you think she will keep Your secret safe? lol

I always assume that people will tell their spouse what I just told them. SO if I don't want them to, I make a point to ask them to please don't tell anyone. I think that's fair.
