Guys what do I do to make sure he doesn't try to kiss me again, or holds me close and starts hugging me and starring deeply into my eyes. O__O

I would threaten to cut off the friendship if he tries anything. If he doesn't listen to the threat, then my advice would be to put it into action and distance yourself from him.

Sometimes distance is the only thing that makes people understand.
