I know someone who was.. for real.. Hook, line, sinker, he went to meet her and OMG, this girl was a 14 year old bespeckled Pakistani girl, she had sold herself to him as a 21 year old blonde "All american" girl with a lovely life.. nothing was farther from the truth, it was all a lie and she had borrowed the life of a dead person to make herself interesting.

yes i have talked to a girl on here she wanted to meet up after talking to her for a few weeks we met up for coffee and got there it was a older man about 50 i turned around and ran out as soon as they said my name got home told him off then blocked him. he was pretending to be a 25 year old girl had pics and everything apparently it was his niece he was using her pics he took from her phone

Not catfished, but played yes. Red flags that I failed to heed. Trust your gut!!
