It's refreshing to recognize things and shed interest in people who don't reciprocate us, truthfully.

It's a great feeling, don't think any of mine were that special at all really.

We can put ppl up on pedestals giving them unrealistic expectations to live up to. It's definitely a let down once we realize they are just ordinary or not what we had built up in our minds. Nothing at all wrong with having a crush, it happens. But, I'm glad u r over the obsession and feeling good about it. You'll be much better off. Good luck

It's always a good idea to try and rationalise our feelings and to try and separate reality from any romanticised notions or feelings generated from our own emotional deficits. There are many psychological aspects to relationships which can greatly exacerbate the feelings of attachment and similarly of loss.

I think its the best feeling ever....bcos when you are so obsessed with someone you form illusions about them ....ignoring their flaws and imperfections
But then when the "bubbles" they've formed about the lady is burst, you start seeing them just how they are.....
And thats where you actually know if you indeed loved her or it was just an infatuation.
