is it normal to stalk my crush?

I don't go insane like find his address but from time to time I'll take a pic while he isn't noticing, look through his socials and screenshot pics from them and I glance when he is near me. He doesn't even know me. Is this normal?

That's not terribly unusual, as long as you don't get obsessive about it. Have you considered just going up and introducing yourself?
