Would you accept an apology from someone who physically hurt you?

If it was an accident and they were sincere, certainly. But anything short of that, I have a hard time picturing how one wouldn't mean to physically harm anyone. It's good if they regret it and are genuinely sorry, but if it was deliberate when it happened, then yes they did mean to. Them saying that would make it hard for me to believe their apology is sincere.

Zero tolerance for physical violence. Not even a slap.
