Does betrayal make you feel useless?

@DaughteroftheMoon I dont feel I devalued myself. I came to a point where I admitted to myself "you know it's useless it's not going to change" kind of thing. Then a sense of powerlessness comes. Eventually betrayal because you know you've done your best too much even and fail to see results.

@Eklipse "Feeling powerlessness", a truly devastating feeling, I sympathize with you 😐 🫂 You gave your whole self for that relationship, now do your best to heal your heart, and your reason is your strongest weapon.. Grit your teeth and let it hurt, accepting these emotions is the only way to deal with it! These unpleasant feelings will gradually pass, only be patient..
