Things were starting to feel more comfortable after a year the betrayal happened but now he just texted a girl and deleted the messages. I feel like I’m back at step one again. How long will it take to heal from betrayal?

I was in a similar situation. It’ll just drain you and leave you numb the longer you stay with him. Respect yourself and leave. He will never change but will be better at keeping things from you.
