Healing after betrayal
Things were starting to feel more comfortable after a year the betrayal happened but now he just texted a girl and deleted the messages. I feel like I’m back at step one again. How long will it take to heal from betrayal?

You cannot heal in the same environment that broke you. This will end up being a continuous cycle for the rest of your life if you stay in this situation, and every time you confront him he will just get better and better at hiding things. A relationship without respect and trust is not worth the heartbreak and damage it will cause to you long term.
