Healing after betrayal

Things were starting to feel more comfortable after a year the betrayal happened but now he just texted a girl and deleted the messages. I feel like I’m back at step one again. How long will it take to heal from betrayal?

A better question to ask is what else is he doing other than texting? If you already know the answer is much more then you will never trust him and never heal. It's time to leave. If it's just texting then what are you so threatened by?
