How long does it take you to forgive someone that

Almost nothing can heal those scars. I've never had a single individual make amends to me. That being said I still do miss some of those people and wish I could have them back. Any person who has ever done me wrong in such a devastating manner felt any sense of guilt, atleast none that I was made aware of. Sure there is the slim possibility I might forgive them, but unless I see true remorse and guilt in their eyes, I choose to shun them from here on out.
