I gave my heart to a man 15 years ago. We split up once before, but got things worked out eventually. He swore he'd never leave me again.
He pulled up in a Uhaul a week ago. I tried talking to him, he wouldn't listen. I even tried putting my arms around him and he pushed me away. He packed just a little of his stuff, no forwarding address, changed his phone number, blocked my email, and he's gone. Come to find out through a friend, he moved out of state and went home to Mama. The man is almost 50 years old. Sad part is I think I've already been replaced and I am devastated emotionally and mentally. After 15 years, I just don't understand how I could mean so little to this man...?
