I think it's a relative factor. Some people refuse to date/marry more than a few years either side of their age.
My two LTR's have been with women 7 yrs younger than me. I don't have any romantic partner currently so really not thinking much about it.
Since I've only had two relationships of any substance I don't have a lot of experience with dating a lot higher or a lot lower than my current age range so not sure and that's presuming I could (a) recognise a person not around my age as a potential relationship/sex partner (since I can't get flirting or body language, etc.) and (b) be able to let myself be vulnerable to even have a relationship again.
