My date with Adelina went well, if a bit bittersweet

We had dinner together, we went for a walk and we talked… I was honest and said I would love to have her back in my life, that I’d love for her to have an active role in Lucas’ life, maybe even raise him with me and Desmond. She said it herself: she really loves Lucas. But I reminded her of the reason why I left her. Her negativity, her taking her issues out on me, her borderline emotional abuse and how unhappy it all made me to be with her… I told her I’d love for this arrangement with her being part of my family to work, but I don’t want to be hurt by her anymore. I can tell it gave her something to think about and that’s what she said she’ll do: think on it. If she were to move in with me and Desmond, it’s certainly a big decision to make. But her considering it is all I can ask for. Overall, we had a lovely time. We even kissed before we parted ways. Now we just wait and see what she decides.
