(Though a really best friends with benefits I'd be down for), but what is the appeal of a hook up? What makes them desireable over a relationship?

Again, I don't want one. Just curious.

I'm sure it's different for everyone. Personally, when I went through my slut phase, it was about sex and control. I didn't have to get to know them. I just had fun and then moved onto someone else to see what they were like. At first it was sexy and fun to be wanted, but it got meaningless very quickly. In saying that, I'd probably hook up with someone again if there was chemistry. Just not something I would seek out like I used to.

Maybe if I was in my 20's again and had a different view of things, I might be into it. These days, not really.
