I posted a read through of Stendhal's The red and the black here only yesterday on the subject matter. If one thinks that ones existance on earth is all about staying in ones own citadel instead of going across the bridge to the wants of desire and love, well, then one is wrong

If all you are doing is fighting over who is right, then, that isn't a relationship. That is a combat.

The idea is that in a relationship, both people should be working together to create solutions, not insist their own way is "right".

Why would anyone want to be in a relationship that is nothing more than a constant battle to be heard? It should be "Us against the World", not "Me against You ".

good question. i think it takes a balance of both. i don't wear my heart on my sleeve because my head is usually not wrong.

It's best to have a healthy mix of both
