Boyfriend advice required

My bag went missing in my current boyfriends house it had my apartment keys and bank card in it. I told him off for taking out his work stress on me I should just go home. He agreed. When it was time to leave I was struggling to find my bag and he called the police. The police made him scared and he offered to get a taxi home for me.

I called the locksmith to unlock the door and change the locks. costed me £150. Then he calls me a few days later to say he's sorry and he loves me.

Why would he unnecessarily call the police?

Should I go back to him?

I'm lost! So he's not got your bank cards or keys then? He's phoned up the police because they were lost, yeah?

There's ways and means in terms of taking stress out on people you love, depending on how long you've been together. we trust we're in a safe space to vent...but there's ways of venting, right?

Entirely up to you...

@FelicityDavenport until this day we have no idea where my bag is. It went missing in the house where he lives.

He phoned the police because he wanted me to leave without looking for my bag.

@BabyyBluee Ooooooooooh! I get ya!

Well, that's not a 'caring' way of dealing with the issue, is it? I would definitely take that as someone with something to hide...which would be my house keys and cards....soooooooooo

Stay clear!

Sounds like he needs to grow up without you I would say did you find my bag if yes then say I need it back before I even consider it. Get it back and then go home send him a text saying no then block his number.
He stole your stuff is what it sounds like to me i suggest he be your ex bf

Why would you consider going back???

@BabyyBluee I understand that you're lonely and the thing is, when we're close to someone it is the hardest thing, the forces are into play, strong pulling forces.
BUT the situation sounds weird af. I'd say, let him know what you think openly.
Tell him how it was weird what happened, how he called the police and how you're now considering whether you'd like to continue with this level of unsafety and uncertainty into your Life. See what reply you'll get and try to pull back. From a distance you might be able to see clearly.

@BabyyBluee sure, I hope it'll end up being either a nice thing for you ... or that you will protect yourself from a situation that it might be risky.
