We had a break but I didn't expect this. There were no clear indication that we broke up and ready to see other. Can't believe what just 6 months can do? I really love her, should I take her back since we are on a good terms again(talking again)?

Yes, if you can put your concerns aside. I had a friend who got bent out of shape when he learned his wife had a threesome before they had even met. There were other issues, too, but that was a major factor in them getting divorced.
